We aim to deliver high-quality fashion for kids, boys, girls, and lifestyle segments by partnering with trusted sellers. To maintain our values and ensure customer satisfaction, all sellers must comply with the following terms.
By listing your products on Zuzu Fashion Wear, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Eligibility to Sell
To join as a verified seller on Zuzu, you must:
- Provide valid identification or business registration information.
- Comply with applicable Bangladeshi trade and commerce laws.
- Maintain an active bank or bKash account for payments.
2. Product Listings & Descriptions
All listed products must:
- Be original and not duplicated from other sellers or platforms.
- Include clear, high-resolution images (no watermarks unless authorized).
- Provide accurate details including title, price, size, material, and care instructions.
- Reflect the actual product being sold — no misleading descriptions.
- Comply with Zuzu’s standards for quality, safety, and age-appropriateness.
3. Pricing & Inventory
Sellers are responsible for:
- Setting fair, transparent prices based on market value.
- Including all applicable VAT or charges in the price shown.
- Keeping stock availability updated in real time.
- Promptly marking products “out of stock” when unavailable.
4. Order Fulfillment
Sellers must:
- Process and ship orders within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Use protective packaging to avoid product damage.
- Share tracking details when applicable.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of the product before dispatch.
- Repeated delays or failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.
5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Service
- Sellers must cooperate with Zuzu’s support team to resolve buyer concerns.
- Must honor Zuzu’s return policy, including returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
- Refunds must be processed promptly once a return is verified.
- Delayed or poor communication may affect seller ratings or platform status.
6. Payments & Commission
- Zuzu Fashion Wear deducts a pre-agreed commission from each successful sale.
- Payouts are processed weekly or bi-weekly, after the return window ends.
- Incorrect bank/bKash details causing delays are the seller’s responsibility.
7. Prohibited Items
Sellers are not allowed to list:
- Counterfeit or replica products
- Hazardous or age-inappropriate items for children
- Offensive, culturally insensitive, or illegal items
- Used or unhygienic clothing (unless clearly labeled and permitted)
Listings violating these rules will be removed immediately.
8. Code of Conduct
Sellers must:
- Maintain respectful communication with customers and Zuzu staff.
- Avoid false claims, fake reviews, and misleading promotions.
- Support ethical sourcing and fair practices whenever possible.
- Violations may result in account restrictions or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
Sellers must have the legal right to sell all products they list. Any infringement of trademarks, copyrights, or design rights will be taken seriously and may lead to:
- Product removal
- Account suspension
- Legal action, if necessary
Zuzu Fashion Wear is not liable for any third-party disputes.
10. Termination & Suspension
Zuzu reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any seller account for policy violations.
- Withhold payouts in case of fraud, disputes, or ongoing investigations.
11. Policy Updates
This Seller Policy may be revised periodically. Sellers will be notified via dashboard or email in the event of major updates.
