Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

Other Cities 3–5 business days
Remote Areas 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods (such as Eid, Puja, or promotional campaigns).

Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: BDT 60 – 120 (based on location and order weight)\
Free Delivery: Available on orders over BDT 2,000
Express Delivery: Available in select areas with additional charges
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most areas in Bangladesh.
COD Fee: BDT 40 (waived for prepaid orders)
For high-value orders or remote areas, partial advance payment or confirmation may be required.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can also check your order status by logging in to your Zuzu Fashion Wear account.
